📋 Job Overview
The Delivery Project Executive (DPE) is responsible for managing the delivery of Talent Acquisition Outsourcing (TAO) services to clients, ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery in line with contractual objectives. The role involves managing senior stakeholder relationships, driving account growth, and overseeing financial performance. The DPE also supports team development and participates in sales processes to foster innovation and growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for contracted services, strategic relationship, account growth strategy, and fiscal performance
- Accountable for P&L and its growth through expansion of TAO services and introduction of other IBM services
- Proactively build and manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Consult with clients to identify and define innovation and growth strategy
- Orchestrate sales process to deliver against growth strategy
- Manage internal relationships at market and sector level
- Provide client financial performance and forecasting data
- Overall responsibility for client satisfaction including SET/MET, NPS, and contractually required surveys
- Ensure delivery teams have necessary resources and tools
- Professional development of the team through inspiring leadership
- Manage delivery of TAO service to one or multiple clients
- Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual and client satisfaction objectives
- Communicate progress and value of TAO service to clients and IBM stakeholders
- Support transformation and growth (20% of time)
- Collaborate with Portfolio Executive to develop innovation and growth strategy
- Participate in associated sales processes
- Manage service delivery in line with forecasts and budgets
- Own account forecasting and other financial review processes
- People management responsibility for Talent Acquisition Managers
- Drive engagement and delivery performance of the account team
- Represent delivery in new business presentations
