  • Prospecting to identify potential new clients and opportunities for expansion with existing clients utilizing video, digital tools, and cold calling techniques
  • Understanding your prospective clients’ buying cycles to accurately predict the potential and timing of deal closures
  • Providing technical support in early tech sales, including demos, proofs of concept, and workshops
  • Collaborating with IBM sales teams using various tools
  • Highlighting the advantages of IBM’s products
  • Building a strong personal brand for trust and credibility on digital platforms
