📋 Job Overview
The EDA Tool Architect at IBM's India Systems Development Lab will develop state-of-the-art front-end verification, simulation, and formal verification tools for IBM's next generation systems. The role involves leading-edge algorithms and AI technology within EDA solutions to enhance design team productivity and chip performance. Candidates will join a dynamic global team focused on creating complex systems for cognitive, ML, DL, and data center applications.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop state-of-the-art Front End verification, simulation, and Formal verification tools and Flows
- Lead leading-edge algorithms and AI technology within EDA solutions
- Increase design team’s productivity and chip quality and performance
- Coordinate deliverables and requirements from several areas within and outside of the organization
- Provide input towards decisions affecting system development, logical and physical design, and methodology directions
✅ Required Qualifications
- BS, MS, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering/ECE
- Strong programming in C/C++
- Strong background in Logic Synthesis or RTL Verification or Clock Tree Synthesis
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Industry expert in switch-level/transistor-level circuit design
