🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Write Developer-Focused Documentation: Create and maintain tutorials, API references, conceptual guides, and troubleshooting content for IBM’s AI offerings and open-source tools.
- Simplify Complex Concepts: Translate technical information into clear, concise, and accessible content for developers of varying skill levels.
- Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with engineering, product, and advocacy teams to gather information, validate accuracy, and stay aligned with product updates.
- Support the Developer Journey: Ensure documentation covers the full developer experience—from onboarding and setup to advanced integrations and optimization.
- Improve Content Continuously: Monitor feedback channels, analyze usage data, and iterate on documentation to improve clarity, completeness, and usability.
