📋 Job Overview
The Fullstack Developer at IBM's Sustainability Software business unit will work on building integrations into their products, collaborating with a global team to enhance their Asset Management portfolio. The role spans the entire software delivery cycle, from requirements gathering to delivery, involving close interaction with various stakeholders including Product Owners and customers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and implementation of sophisticated software systems front end and backend with a focus on React/Java development
- Participate in software design and code reviews to ensure high software quality and knowledge sharing
- Adhere to professional software engineering practices using Agile Software Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Source Code Management (git), and GitHub
- Participate in planning, creation, and execution of automated test cases and load/performance testing
- Maintain high proficiency in Computer Science/Software Engineering and contribute to the technical skills growth of team members
- Work well independently and as part of a team in an Agile scrum environment
✅ Required Qualifications
- 3/4+ years experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS, React/Redux, Angular
- 3/4+ years experience with XML and JSON
- 2/3+ years experience with SQL / NoSQL databases including Mongo, DB2 or Oracle
- 2/3+ years experience with Java, Shell Scripting
- 2/3+ years experience with Backend, App System Performance
- Experience with automated build/test principles and frameworks including Selenium, junit, Jest
- Excellent knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Very good verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience with Agile Methodologies
- Experience with Git, Jenkins
