📋 Job Overview

As a Digital Sales Specialist in IBM's Sales Accelerator Program, you will develop trusted relationships with clients, focusing on the early phases of the sales cycle. You will employ solution-selling techniques to drive new business and expand existing accounts, specializing in IBM's solutions portfolio across Software Automation & Integration technologies. This role involves a year-long assignment in Valencia, Spain, and requires Arabic language proficiency.

📍 Location: Valencia, ES (Remote/Hybrid)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and employ solution-selling techniques to identify and engage decision makers and influencers, qualify business opportunities, and respond to clients' needs
  • Assist the team in identifying up/cross-sell opportunities within defined client & partner territory
  • Collaborate with IBM Marketing and Sales to develop new business campaigns
  • Manage a dedicated client set and define, confirm and communicate the differentiated value of IBM's technology at both the technical and business level
  • Manage IBM partner relationships, ensuring mutual growth and business objectives alignment
  • Manage the entire sales process and ensure delivery against KPIs, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts
  • Collaborate with the broader IBM sales ecosystem, from Marketing to Sales and technical colleagues, to IBM Business Partners, to build sales campaigns and incremental pipeline

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Completed Business degree or technical degree such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, for less than 2 years
  • English & Local Language proficiency
  • First experience with Sales and/or IT
