🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Development area for large-scale projects consolidated from bases across the country
- Involvement in all phases from upstream processes such as requirements definition, to design and development work, and post-release testing and operation
- Taking on the role of project lead, responsible for project management and technical aspects if having extensive leadership experience

- Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese with clients and project members (Speaking & Writing, JLPT N1 level)

- Experience in designing and developing web applications and open-system systems using Java and other languages
