The position requires balancing Quality, Cost, and Delivery throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging industry-specific knowledge and technical expertise to ensure project success.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial service projects from proposal to implementation stages for clients.
- Coordinate the progress of internal teams, partner company teams, and offshore development teams.
- Collaborate with IBM using finance industry knowledge and technical expertise for project proposals, negotiations, and adjustments.
- Manage client requirements including scope, schedule, and cost, and drive project plans.
- Plan and manage team efforts for projects ranging from several to around ten members.
- Lead project team members from requirement definition through design, development, testing, and post-release operations and maintenance.
- Balance Quality, Cost, and Delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
✅ Required Qualifications
- Project Leader or Project Manager experience in the development of core systems or business applications within the finance industry.
- Experience in a series of processes in system development (from requirement definition to design, development, and testing).
