🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform software configuration, device setup, upgrades, device reimaging, device installation, software support or software analysis and repair
  • Communicate with IBM management and/or team members regarding work status, potential or existing problems, and seek advice and assistance
  • Maintain professional communication, conduct, and appearance
  • Utilize reference materials, support centers, and diagnostic aids for problem determination
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions accurately and promptly
  • Document all issues accurately and timely
  • Analyze problems in hardware/software installation, migration, and operational services
  • Challenge and recommend improvements to service delivery processes and procedures
