📋 Job Overview
As a Java Developer - Japanese Bilingual at IBM Consulting, you will work on software development for clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys, utilizing the latest technologies. You'll be based in one of IBM's Client Innovation Centers, engaging in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design to troubleshooting, while collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovative solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, validate and propose improvements to existing failures, with the support of the architect and technical leader
- Involvement in every step of the process, from design, development, testing, release changes and troubleshoot where necessary, providing great customer service
- Drive key discussions with stakeholders and analyze the current landscape for opportunities to operate and code creative solutions
- Design and implement batch jobs for large-scale data processing
- Optimize performance and ensure reliability of batch processes
✅ Required Qualifications
- Java Development experience using Spring Boot, Batch
- Hands-on experience with Oracle DB and AWS cloud services
- Proficient in Japanese Language - reading, writing, speaking, listening
- Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM location in Quezon City (UP Ayala Technohub) or Cebu
