📋 Job Overview
As a Managing Consultant - SAP OTC S4 HANA at IBM, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Order to Cash solutions. You will collaborate with clients to integrate strategy, process, technology, and information, enhancing effectiveness and profitability. This role requires deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD and a strong understanding of order to cash processes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP OTC solutions in line with business requirements
- Work with business stakeholders to gather Order to Cash needs and translate them into functional specifications
- Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules such as MM, Finance, EWM, and third-party logistics systems
- Support the full project lifecycle from blueprinting and realization to go-live and post-go-live support
- Provide expertise on Master Data (including Material and Business Partner), Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Rebates and aATP processes
- Provide expertise on integration with other Order Management applications such as Salesforce, 3PL systems
- Conduct system testing, user training, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal business disruption
- Document system configurations, processes, and user procedures
✅ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD module
- Strong understanding of order to cash processes
- Hands-on SAP deep expertise in SAP SD with a minimum of three end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as Consultant or Solution Architect
- Hands-on experience with EDI integration using standard and custom APIs
- Holder of multiple SAP certifications and expert in multiple SAP modules
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
