📋 Job Overview
As a Managing Consultant at IBM, you will advise clients on strategy, business processes, requirements analysis, solution design, and IT implementation with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Logistics & SCM. You will work in IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers, utilizing the IBM Ascend for SAP S/4HANA method and proven practices for feasibility studies and transformation projects. This role requires deep technical and industry expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology for clients globally.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients from strategy through business processes, requirements analysis, solution design to IT implementation with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Logistics & SCM
- Work according to the IBM Ascend for SAP S/4HANA method and use our proven practices for feasibility studies (IBM Rapid Discovery) and transformation projects (Greenfield with IMPACT, IBM Rapid Move, Brownfield with the Migration Factory)
- Implement demanding business requirements through the use of innovative, value-adding technologies such as the SAP Business Technology Platform
✅ Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of process consulting experience in SAP S/4HANA Logistics & SCM (PM, EAM or APM)
- Experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and SAP Asset Performance Management (APM)
- Completed at least 3 project lifecycles successfully
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Interest or experience with SAP industry solutions for the Public Sector (SAP PSM, SAP D&S)
- Integration knowledge and interface skills with other SAP S/4HANA modules
- Completed degree in business administration, natural sciences, or technical studies
- Experience in the Public Sector & security authorities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as mental flexibility
- Pronounced ability to analyze situations and solve problems
- Willingness to work on-site with our clients
