- Architect and design end-to-end Maximo solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Maximo applications, including workflows, integrations, and reports
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in Maximo architecture
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications
- Oversee integration of Maximo with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, IoT platforms, SAP, Oracle) using tools like Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security through optimization and adherence to industry standards
- Conduct system upgrades, migrations, and patch management for Maximo environments
