📋 Job Overview
The Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead at IBM Consulting will provide expert consulting on Oracle Cloud Payroll policies and processes, serve as a subject matter expert in the configuration, implementation, and management of Oracle Cloud ERP Payroll applications, and offer strategic guidance to optimize payroll operations. This role involves close collaboration with clients across multiple industries to enhance their hybrid cloud and AI journey.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consulting on best practices for Oracle Cloud Payroll policies and processes
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the configuration, implementation, and management of Oracle Cloud ERP Payroll applications
- Offer strategic guidance and recommendations to optimize payroll operations and ensure successful deployment and ongoing support
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, programming, and unit testing
- Gather and analyze business requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend practical solutions
- Produce end-user documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions
✅ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead
- 2–4 years in Oracle Cloud implementations
