🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with international teams across the Design, Build, Test, Run, and Support phases of customer projects
- Assist clients and projects in implementing Oracle SaaS applications and business processes
- Communicate with business owners and end users to define business requirements
- Analyse, evaluate, and develop solutions to ensure delivery meets agreed standards and quality
- Support testing processes and contribute to resolving defects
- Learn and apply methodologies and processes related to the latest IT trends
✅ Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM applications, with expertise in data analysis and HCM Data loader
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and develop new skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills used in effective collaboration
