- Identify functional requirements with client personnel and IBM teams
- Lead or participate in the design and implementation of client solutions
- Gain knowledge across multiple platforms, processes, or architectures
- Configure infrastructure for threat and vulnerability detection
- Interact with the IBM SOC to connect discovered assets to the correlation platform
- Manage and optimize OT IDS solutions, including sensor deployment and configuration
- Investigate alerts and incidents, support the SOC, and enhance the Claroty platform performance
