📋 Job Overview

As a Package Consultant-Oracle Cloud HCM at IBM Consulting, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner, leading and implementing expert services using IBM's offerings and technologies. You will focus on developing solutions that enhance user experience, performance, and scalability, while ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. This role involves working in IBM's Client Innovation Centers, delivering technical expertise to a global clientele.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies
  • Develop solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value
  • Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements
  • Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions
  • Ensure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time
  • Configure/Optimize the Oracle Cloud Learning system to match business and client requirements and ensuring end to end design across HCM modules
  • Work with clients to identify and resolve any risks and issues arising from the deployment of technology solutions & supporting our clients through regression testing and go-live
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and managing their expectations on delivery and time scales within the scope

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Experience of at least two end to end Oracle Learn Cloud implementations and/or recent Support Projects with complex learn implementation, including redwood migration experience
  • Experience of other Oracle HCM Cloud modules e.g. Core HR, Talent Suite, Compensations and a good understanding of how Learn fits into the end to end design with other Oracle modules
  • Oracle Cloud Learning Lead, with strong communication skills
  • Hands on L2 ticket support requiring in depth analytical and technical knowledge
  • Excellent client facing skills and the ability to liaise with clients at all levels of seniority
  • Ability to understand business requirements and provide good industry practice advice and recommendations
