📋 Job Overview
As a senior managing SAP consultant at IBM Consulting, you will lead the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP Ariba solutions, manage high-performing teams, and deliver comprehensive solutions that enhance client effectiveness and profitability. You will work in IBM's Client Innovation Centers, collaborating with clients across various industries to drive innovation and technology adoption.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs
- Leading and managing high performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality
- Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging functional expertise of SAP with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies with industry best practices applied
- Participating in business development activities and contributing to proposal development
✅ Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SAP Ariba and its integration with SAP ECC and SAP HANA modules
- At least 5 years of technical knowledge of Ariba solutions and products
- At least 2 full life-cycle implementations of Ariba applications
- At least 2 years of experience in Ariba integration with backend ERP systems
- At least 2 years of experience in a team lead role
- At least 5 years of experience in a consulting role
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Proven work experience in Global Template of SAP ARIBA
- Knowledge of S/4 HANA 1909 New features
