📋 Job Overview
As a Package Consultant-SAP HANA SCM IBP at IBM Consulting, you will lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions, focusing on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability. You will work on projects that integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance client effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profitability. This role involves collaborating with a global team to ensure customer success in an agile environment.
📍 Location: BANGALORE, IN (Remote/Hybrid)

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability
- Work from strategy development to solution implementation using knowledge of SAP and latest technologies such as S4Hana and PP
- Partner with a cross-functional global team to ensure customer success in an agile environment
- Proactively identify problems and fix required
- Maintain the documentation of all the previous and upcoming projects/enhancements along with AMS Support Team
- Maintain and Document the lesson learnt documents along with AMS team
- Help Validate the Solution/Approach/interactions along with AMS support team when requested by AMS team
✅ Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of SAP IBP
- Working Knowledge of 3-4 IBP Modules (S&OP, Demand, Supply, Response & Control Tower) and CPI/SDI knowledge for integration
- Good communication skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years relevant domain experience
- Experience in leading customer/prospect demo and helping the sales team to win deals
