📋 Job Overview
As a senior SAP Consultant at IBM, you will work in IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers, delivering technical and industry expertise to clients globally. Your role involves leading the design and implementation of SAP solutions, focusing on SAP HANA SCM PP, to enhance client effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve value. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure customer success in an agile environment.
📍 Location: BANGALORE, IN (Remote/Hybrid)

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability
- Work from strategy development to solution implementation using knowledge of SAP and latest technologies
- Partner with a cross-functional global team to ensure customer success in an agile environment
- Strategic SAP Solution Focus: Working across technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions
- Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation
- Change request Estimates, approvals to move to prod
- New Project / enhancement prioritization/Risk/Impact assessment
- Complex Ticket Support (high Impact/ Urgent) along with AMS
- Contribute/facilitate the Workaround and Permanent Resolution
- Proactively identify the Problems and fix required
- Maintain the documentation of all the previous and upcoming projects/enhancements along with AMS Support Team
- Maintain and Document the lesson learnt documents along with AMS team
- Help Validate the Solution/Approach/interactions along with AMS support team when requested by AMS team
✅ Required Qualifications
- 14+ years of experience in SAP module implementation and support projects in S/4 HANA PP area
- SAP PP functionality and related business processes
- Process Industry domain expertise
