📋 Job Overview
As a Package Consultant for SuccessFactors Payroll at IBM, you will design, configure, and maintain SAP Qatar payroll components, working closely with clients to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. This role requires deep technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll and a minimum of 10 years of payroll experience, with 7 years specifically in Middle East payroll implementation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure and maintain all SAP Qatar payroll components including wage types, benefits integration, deductions, limit on deductions, off-cycle activity, accumulations, date and period modifiers, off-cycle activity, third-party remittance, posting to accounting, accruals, tax structure and reporting
- Review, analyze and test impact of Qatar payroll related changes included in support packages
- Enable and configure Qatar payroll features
- Understand EC workflows, complex business rules in Employee Central and Time management related to Employee Central Payroll
✅ Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of Payroll experience
- 7 years in Middle East Payroll implementation
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll
