📋 Job Overview

As a Package Consultant for SuccessFactors Talent Management at IBM, you will work in IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers to deliver technical expertise to clients globally. Your role involves developing strategies for infrastructure and applications, designing IBM Power solutions, and delivering proof of concepts to enhance clients' technology stacks and drive innovation.

📍 Location: BANGALORE, IN (Remote/Hybrid)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Developing Strategies for Power-related Infrastructure, Applications: Build strategies for clients in designing and technically building out infrastructure, applications, and power-related management
  • Defining and Detailing IBM Power Solutions: Design feasible IBM Power solutions that complement and enhance clients' existing tech stacks
  • Delivering Proof of Concepts: Deliver proof of concepts and simplify complex technical subjects for client education
  • Building Credibility and Trust: Through consultative methods at all levels, both internally and externally, to facilitate the closure of highly complex Cloud technology deals

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Technically strong in Recruiting Data Models and associated features such as candidate status set, recruiting settings, career sites, agency setup, and reporting areas
  • Technically strong in Onboarding 2.0 and associated features such as Onboarding Panels, Compliance Forms, Notifications, Security Permissions, Business Rules/Advanced Conditions, MDF Objects
  • Working exposure in Implementation and Support experience
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certified in Recruiting/Onboarding2.0

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
  • Proven history of hands-on delivery in major HR transformation programmes and success in contributing within a team environment
  • Experience in interfaces
