📋 Job Overview
As a Package Consultant for Workday HCM & Compensation at IBM Consulting, you will assist clients in designing, implementing, and supporting Workday HR/Recruiting and Talent Management modules. You will leverage your consulting skills and business knowledge to integrate these solutions into client environments, aiming to achieve expected business results. This role involves working in IBM's Client Innovation Centers, delivering technical and industry expertise to a global clientele.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Assists clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday HR/Recruiting and/or Talent Management modules
- Uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement functionality into the client's business environment to achieve client expected business results
- Includes implementation planning, fit analysis, facilitating design sessions to gather requirements, configuration, unit testing, rollout and potentially post-implementation support
- Resolves configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules
✅ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Finance information system management
- Minimum 5 years in training, communications or change management role
- Workday experience required
- Strong Agile and traditional project skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point
- Strong relationship building skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly and effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines
