📋 Job Overview
As a Package Consultant for Workday HCM & Compensation at IBM Consulting, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner, leading and implementing expert services using IBM's offerings. You will own the business process design, configuration development, and implementation of solutions to meet client needs, focusing on HR transformation within the EA Product Suite. This role involves working in IBM's Client Innovation Centers, delivering technical and industry expertise to a global clientele.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads, and implements expert services utilizing IBM's offerings and technologies
- Own the business process design, configuration development, and implementation of solutions to meet client needs
- Lead business process and configuration workstream and their day-to-day activities
- Analyze business requirements for configuration, plan and lead delivery of workshops, and facilitate client events
- Propose solutions addressing client business issues and objectives
- Apply strong business skills and methodologies to interpret data, business processes, and deliver solutions to clients
- Deliver the highest quality and value to customers and seek opportunities for additional business
✅ Required Qualifications
- MBA graduates with specialization in HR
- Fluent interpersonal skills (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and strategies for large organizations
- Willingness to skill-up in multiple technologies, work in any IBM location, and travel as required

- Prior work experience in meaningful area of HR or Enterprise Applications using HR processes
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort
- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications
