📋 Job Overview
As a Package Consultant-Workday Integrations at IBM Consulting, you will work in client innovation centers to deliver technical expertise and drive technology adoption. Your role involves building, automating, and releasing solutions based on client priorities, ensuring integration solutions meet specifications and are delivered on time. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Build, automate and release solutions based on clients’ priorities and requirements
- Explore and discover risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring potential solutions
- Ensure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time
✅ Required Qualifications
- Workday Consultant with expertise in configuring and customizing Reference Letters within the Workday platform
- Understanding of Workday HCM and related modules
- Experience in creating templates, automating workflows, and ensuring compliance with organizational requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Workday with minimum one end-to-end implementation experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Integrations Connectors and STUDIO
- Competence and relevant experience in leading workshops for Workday Integrations modules in at least 2 projects
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of Integration Consultant with Studio experience
- Experience in supporting customers in their annual financial planning and analysis processes and workforce planning

- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business requirements to system design
