📋 Job Overview

As a Package Consultant for Workday Talent Management at IBM Consulting, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner, leading and implementing expert services using IBM's offerings and technologies. You will focus on developing solutions that enhance user experience, performance, and scalability, while driving innovation and adoption of new technology in IBM's Client Innovation Centers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads, and implements expert services utilizing IBM's offerings and technologies
  • Develop solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability, and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value
  • Build, automate, and release solutions based on clients' priorities and requirements
  • Explore and discover risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality, and bring potential solutions to the table
  • Ensure all integration solutions meet client specifications and are delivered on time
  • Identify Business Requirements for Talent and Performance work stream and align them to Workday, driving towards decisions and recommending best practices in all phases of the Project
  • Use consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement functionality into the client's business environment to achieve expected business results
  • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, analyze, and translate business requirements to Workday system
  • Assist clients in integrating the Workday system into their current business environments
  • Advise clients on industry standards for Talent & Performance cycle process areas to provide suggestions, drive decisions, and recommend best practices in all phases of the project
  • Assist clients in the resolution of Talent/Performance related issues
  • Support project team for successful delivery of the client’s business requirements through all phases of the implementation

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Workday HCM certification and certified in Workday Talent & Performance
  • Competence and relevant experience in leading workshops for WD Talent and/or Performance Workday modules in at least 1 project

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in end-to-end implementation of HCM Core and Talent and Performance module for American, European and/or APAC customer businesses
  • Experience in supporting customer in their annual maintenance model
