📋 Job Overview
As a Package Specialist-SAP HANA FIN FI at IBM Consulting, you will lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions, focusing on SAP FICO and associated modules. You will work in IBM's Client Innovation Centers, delivering expertise to clients globally and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success in an agile environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability
- Work from strategy development to solution implementation using knowledge of SAP and latest technologies such as S4Hana and FICO
- Partner with a cross-functional global team to ensure customer success in an agile environment
- Possess multiple Industry experience across sectors, with relevant (implementation) experience in the area of SAP FICO and associated modules
- Have excellent functional skills i.e., configuration and training skills in the areas of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Electronic Bank Statement (EBS), Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, & Internal Orders
✅ Required Qualifications
- Overall 14 plus years of experience
- 10 plus years of experience with relevant (implementation) experience in the area of SAP FICO and associated modules
- Experience of at least 3-4 end-to-end full cycle implementations of S/4HANA Greenfield / Migration projects in complex landscape as Team Lead
- Experience of at least 2-3 End to End SAP S/4 HANA implementations
- Strong SAP FICO implementation / rollout experience
- Multi-country Tax knowledge
- Integration experience
