🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the solution architecture and design for large-scale ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules
- Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to translate strategic objectives into effective ServiceNow solutions
- Define architecture roadmaps, governance standards, and best practices for scalable platform performance
- Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring quality, alignment, and business value
- Mentor and guide technical teams and architects to continuously elevate delivery standards
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization across the enterprise
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and innovations to proactively drive platform advancements
✅ Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
- Multiple ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SPM)
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow solution architecture for enterprise clients
- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, including multiple full lifecycle implementations
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks, data modeling, and security best practices
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
