📋 Job Overview
As a Senior Process Analyst in IBM's Order to Cash (O2C) team, you will manage accounts receivable processes, including cash applications and account reconciliations. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes digital transformation using agile methodologies, process mining, and AI-powered workflows, collaborating with visionaries across industries to enhance client outcomes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Processing Accounts Receivable - posting and balancing daily cash applications
- Preparing journal entries, filing records, and general account reconciliations
- Analysis of receivable accounts, investigation of entries, and pulling audit prep work
- Involvement in getting instructions, direct Debit run, rejection of Direct Debit, and Oracle updating
- Investigate unapplied payments, rectify them, and ensure proper allocation
- Provide information relating to customer payments, refunds, and other miscellaneous accounts receivables questions
- Adhere to client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and timelines

- Commerce graduate
- 3-6 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C)
- Basic accounting knowledge
