📋 Job Overview
As a Process Delivery Specialist in Record to Report (R2R) at IBM Consulting, you will manage general accounting tasks including reconciliation, balance sheet preparation, and financial analysis. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies like AI and agile methodologies to drive digital transformation for clients across various industries, supported by IBM's robust technology platforms and strategic partnerships.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all accounting activities associated with General Ledger, particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash & bank, indirect tax, and accruals
- Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost, and profitability and propose appropriate actions
- Adhere to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet the specified timelines
✅ Required Qualifications
- Commerce graduate
- 2-4 years of experience in the Record to Report domain
- Experience in preparing Balance sheets, handling Month-End Closure, Fixed Assets, Inter-Company, and Cash reconciliations
- Posting Journal entries and recording the transactions in the ERP
