📋 Job Overview
As a Process Delivery Specialist in Record to Report (R2R) at IBM Consulting, you will manage general accounting tasks including reconciliation, balance sheet preparation, and financial analysis. You'll work closely with clients to enhance their digital transformation using agile methodologies, process mining, and AI-powered workflows, supported by IBM's robust technology platforms and strategic partner ecosystem.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all accounting activities associated with General Ledger, particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash & bank, indirect tax, and accruals
- Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost, and profitability and propose appropriate actions
- Adhere to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet the specified timelines
- Posting Journal entries and recording the transactions in the ERP
- Coordinate audits, meet customer expectations, and manage updates for management reviews in report management
✅ Required Qualifications
- Commerce graduate
- 2-4 years of experience in the Record to Report domain
- Experience in preparing Balance sheets, handling Month-End Closure, Fixed Assets, Inter-Company, and Cash reconciliations
- Proficient in MS Office applications and any ERP software as an end-user
