📋 Job Overview
As a Process Delivery Specialist in Record to Report (R2R) at IBM Consulting, you will manage general accounting tasks including reconciliations, financial reporting, and analysis. You'll work within IBM BPO to drive digital transformation using agile methodologies, process mining, and AI-powered workflows, collaborating with visionaries across industries to enhance hybrid cloud and AI solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all accounting activities associated with General Ledger, particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash & bank, indirect tax, and accruals
- Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost, and profitability and propose appropriate actions
- Adhere to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet the specified timelines
- Posting Journal entries and recording the transactions in the ERP
- Coordinate audits, meet customer expectations, and manage updates for management reviews in report management
✅ Required Qualifications
- Commerce graduate
- 2-4 years of experience in the Record to Report domain
- Experience in preparing Balance sheets, handling Month-End Closure, Fixed Assets, Inter-Company, and Cash reconciliations
- Proficient in MS Office applications and any ERP software as an end-user
