📋 Job Overview
The Process Delivery Specialist at IBM Japan Staff Operations Co., Ltd. (ISOC) is responsible for executing business process outsourcing (BPO) tasks in areas such as accounting, finance, human resources, and procurement. The role involves following detailed procedure manuals and requires business-level Japanese language skills (JLPT N1). Candidates must be able to work in the assigned office in Japan as remote work is not allowed.

- Execute tasks in accounting and finance including debt management, credit management, fixed asset management, account closing, and treasury
- Handle human resources tasks such as salary and bonus calculation, attendance management, social insurance, commuting expense calculation, retirement allowance calculation, resident tax, and year-end adjustment
- Manage procurement tasks including quote requests, order placement, order management, acceptance inspection management, and billing-related processing support
- Follow procedure manuals based on business rules and processes
