PROCESS DELIVERY SPECIALIST-TALENT DEVELOPMENT OPTIMIZATION PROCESSES

📋 Job Overview

As a Process Delivery Specialist in Talent Development Optimization Processes at IBM, you will collaborate with partners to deliver comprehensive recruitment support, focusing on sourcing strategies and candidate assessment. You will work within IBM BPO, part of Consulting, to accelerate digital transformation using agile methodologies, process mining, and AI-powered workflows, enhancing the hybrid cloud and AI journey for clients.

📍 Location: BANGALORE, IN

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Take partial ownership of the sourcing life cycle, ensuring process adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Define, develop, plan, and execute sourcing strategies to establish a qualified talent pool
  • Assess candidate suitability and implement innovative sourcing methods for lead generation
  • Collaborate with the business head to establish Global Delivery Centre goals
  • Utilize ATS for screening, maintain detailed selection criteria, update candidate status regularly, and perform additional duties as needed by management

  • Graduate or postgraduate
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sourcing and recruitment

  • Experience in ITES/BPO/FA and RPO setup
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
