PROCESS DELIVERY SPECIALIST-TALENT DEVELOPMENT OPTIMIZATION PROCESSES

📋 Job Overview

As a Senior Process Analyst - HR at IBM Consulting, you will support employee and business needs by delivering outstanding HR services. You will update and process employee data in the HR System, interface with customers to resolve issues, and ensure compliance with client standards. This role involves working with visionaries across multiple industries to improve the hybrid cloud and AI journey for innovative companies.

📍 Location: BANGALORE, IN

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Update and process employee data in the HR System to provide accurate and timely information to a variety of HR Services
  • Interface with customers to resolve questions and issues regarding compensation administration/processes
  • Provide data for any internal business controls team as required
  • Ensure compliance with the client’s existing standards
  • Respond to employee queries with a good understanding of internal and external policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance related to Human Resources
  • Collaborate effectively with internal customers and external suppliers, demonstrating positive influence in problem-solving and work process enhancements

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Core HR & Issue Resolution for any International IT / ITES Companies
  • Proficient in Core HR processes (excluding Recruitment)
  • Ability to communicate and resolve difficult customer service issues
  • Ability to troubleshoot and implement changes in the processes
  • Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written
  • Self-directed and ambitious achiever, meeting targets effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, complemented by strong interpersonal and organizational skills
