PROCESS DELIVERY SPECIALIST-TALENT DEVELOPMENT OPTIMIZATION PROCESSES

📋 Job Overview

The Process Delivery Specialist at IBM BPO focuses on optimizing talent development processes using SAP HR Management System. The role involves managing complex HR transactions, ensuring compliance, and providing solutions to HR issues while working closely with clients across various industries to enhance their digital transformation journey.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Inputs and processes employee data in the HR System
  • Works on complex transactions requiring review & eligibility checking
  • Runs reports & performs reconciliations between various reports
  • Interfaces with customers to resolve questions and issues regarding compensation administration/processes
  • Provides data for any internal business controls team as required
  • Ensures compliance to the client’s existing standards
  • Provides services that rely on the processed employee data to meet the demand of the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Provides solutions to issues brought up by the contact centre according to policy guidelines set

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate
  • 1-2 years of overall experience
  • Minimum of 1 year in Core HR & Issue Resolution for any International IT/ITES Company
  • Strong knowledge of Core HR (excluding recruitment) related processes
  • Worked on SAP HRMS
  • Excellent communication skills in English both oral & written
  • High degree of numeracy skills with meticulous attention to details
