As a Project Manager for SAP ADM at IBM, you will lead project teams in delivering SAP HANA solutions, managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. You will work in IBM's Consulting Client Innovation Centers, collaborating with clients to drive innovation and solve complex business challenges across various industries.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Leads a project team in supporting solutions according to project charter or contract for SAP HANA engagements
- Has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables in the production environment
- Manages project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements, including IBM and client employees and 3rd party vendors
✅ Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese language (speaking, reading, and writing kanji)
- At least 5 years experience in SAP Project Management
- Experience with Project Management methodologies
- Understanding of SAP HANA
- Very good communication skills
- Analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Ability to cooperate and take business and solution lead in multi-vendor teams
- Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM location in Quezon City or Cebu

- At least 5 full-cycle implementation and/or roll-out projects
- Project Management certification
