As a Quality Engineer-SAP Automation at IBM, you will work in our Consulting Client Innovation Centers, delivering technical and industry expertise to clients globally. You will lead the SAP Testing Practice, focusing on automation framework design for SAP applications and managing profit and loss responsibilities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- SAP Testing Practice Head to complete Offshore Delivery Centre testing
- Own the SAP Testing Practice for Application Management Services with Profit and Loss responsibility
- Experience in establishing SAP testing practice, Robotic Process Automation
- Digital Technology Transformation, Profit and Loss, and Key Account Management
- Service Delivery Management and Contract Management
- Partner Management
- Design the Automation framework for all SAP applications
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals
- Ability to manage change and be open to it good time management and an ability to work under stress
✅ Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT Industry
- Experience working directly with Customers in various test lifecycle processes - Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Execution
- Agile Scrum and Project Coordination Experience
