  • Align efforts with the IBM Quantum roadmap deliverables

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Masters degree in physics or related field
  • Experience measuring and simulating quantum devices using electromagnetic and quantum physics
  • Experience in fabrication processes and materials of superconducting devices

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD degree, postdoctoral experience, and/or professional experience in the field of superconducting qubits
  • Model-hardware correlation of superconducting qubit coherence and/or gate fidelity
  • Two-level system (TLS) characterization and experience linking models of the TLS environment to superconducting qubit coherence and/or gate fidelity
