Quantum Engagement Lead - United States

📋 Job Overview

The Quantum Engagement Lead at IBM Quantum will be part of the Quantum Innovation Centers team, focusing on driving the success of partnerships across public and academic sectors. The role involves managing partner relationships, building strategic roadmaps, and delivering workshops and trainings on quantum computing. Significant autonomy and flexibility are provided to make meaningful contributions to both IBM's business and partners' success.

📍 Location: Multiple Locations (Remote/Hybrid)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage partner relationships and closely work with technical leads across engagements
  • Network within accounts to build relationships to achieve partner success and partner milestones
  • Be the voice of the partner internally at IBM Quantum to improve products, offerings, and overall partner ecosystem
  • Build roadmaps tailored to the partner level to execute project delivery and strategic initiatives
  • Help deliver workshops and trainings, act as a champion on quantum computing topics
  • Coordinate research, training, support, and enablement and create assets for scalable future engagements

  • 3+ years of experience in business or technology strategy consulting or similar experience, with demonstrably successful interactions with clients
  • Project management skills with a commitment to be highly organized and determination to meet deadlines
