- Review and screen candidate applications from various sourcing channels
- Present the most qualified candidates for client interviews
- Manage individual requisition load and work directly with Hiring Managers
- Participate in discovery intake to offer negotiation
- Supply active candidates for requisitions managed by IBM Talent Acquisition Business Partners
- Act as the first point of contact for active candidates
- Convey the client’s EVP and provide detailed information about the company, industry, and role opportunity
