🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Support the formulation of strategies in the areas of organizational transformation and human capital management
  • Realize corporate growth strategies as a change agent promoting corporate change from a human resource perspective using the latest technology
  • Formulate human resource strategies, design human resource development concepts, skill systems and content
  • Formulate talent management concepts and implement concepts to improve engagement and experience
  • Realize the advancement of human resource operations using AI
  • Lead organizational transformation for DX and HR transformation across the group and globally
  • Lead the validation of the feasibility of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) as a solution for business transformation, from new business design and execution plan development to the transfer of outsourced business operations and implementation of technology solutions
