As a 人事組織変革コンサルタント at IBM, you will support the formulation and realization of strategies in organizational transformation and human capital management. You will act as a change agent to promote corporate change from a human resource perspective using the latest technology, including AI. The role involves leading organizational transformation for DX and HR across the group and globally.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Support the formulation of strategies in the areas of organizational transformation and human capital management
- Realize corporate growth strategies as a change agent promoting corporate change from a human resource perspective using the latest technology
- Formulate human resource strategies, design human resource development concepts, skill systems and content
- Formulate talent management concepts and implement concepts to improve engagement and experience
- Realize the advancement of human resource operations using AI
- Lead organizational transformation for DX and HR transformation across the group and globally
- Lead the validation of the feasibility of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) as a solution for business transformation, from new business design and execution plan development to the transfer of outsourced business operations and implementation of technology solutions

- Experience in consulting, business analysis and business design in the HR domain
- Able to make a full commitment to solving clients' problems and achieving their business goals
- Experience implementing HR systems as the business side (or experience defining the business on the system side)
