📋 Job Overview
As a Salesforce Developer at IBM Consulting, you will work on enhancing clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys through software development. You'll be based in one of our Client Innovation Centers, delivering technical expertise to various sectors. The role involves full lifecycle software development, from design to support, focusing on Salesforce platform optimization and integration.
📍 Location: GUADALAJARA, MX (Remote/Hybrid)

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize service processes such as case management, work order management, scheduling, and mobile workforce enablement
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards relevant to the energy sector
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and best practices
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and innovations, especially those impacting service and field operations
- Configure and administer the platform, write Apex code, create Visual Force pages and be proficient in LWC
- Handle various aspects of Salesforce development and maintenance, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow and experience in integrating with enterprise applications
✅ Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Flow builder and Apex
- Strong experience with Visual Studio, GitHub and SFDX (Salesforce Developer Experience)
- Proficient in using the Eclipse/Force.com IDE
- Solid understanding of CRM principles
- Background in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
