📋 Job Overview
The SAP Fieldglass Consultant role at IBM involves working on implementation projects, providing advisory services, and delivering strategic solutions for contingent workforce management and services procurement. The consultant will design, configure, and optimize SAP Fieldglass solutions to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementation project, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration and deployment across client environments
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and successful delivery of project
- Provide consultation to clients on contingent workforce management and services procurement best practices, process optimization, implementation process and strategic use of SAP Fieldglass to achieve business objectives
- Configure complex workflows, approval processes, rate card structures, templates, rules, clause library, events, supplier onboarding, and integration requirements based on client-specific business needs and industry requirements
- Develop and maintain project and process documentation, user guides and supporting the customer throughout the project and/or BAU operations, deliver training sessions and workshops to ensure successful user and supplier adoption and system utilization
- Design and oversee integrations between SAP Fieldglass and client ERP systems, HRIS platforms, and third-party applications while providing technical guidance to development teams
