📋 Job Overview
As a managing consultant at IBM Consulting, you will work in a Client Innovation Center, delivering technical and industry expertise to clients globally. You will lead design workshops, support business development, and mentor team members, focusing on SAP OTC (Order to Cash) with experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA, particularly in retail projects.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions
- Be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products
- Lead design workshops
- Support business development activities
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge
- Acquire new skills, work across different disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries
✅ Required Qualifications
- Experience working on SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Implementation/Roll-out projects
- Experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in Retail Projects
- Senior-level proficiency in SAP OTC, including configuration, integration with other SAP modules, S/4HANA, and Fiori apps
- Skilled in interfaces, enhancements, forms, reports, IDoc processes, and batch jobs
- Experience integrating OTC with EDI, GSX, WMI, C4, WebSphere via SAP IDocs
- Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver functional OTC solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in SAP Retail projects
- Effective team player in SAP implementation and Level 2 support environments
- Knowledge of SAP SD, SAP MM & SAP FI
- Knowledge of SAP AFS/ FMS
- Basic ABAP knowledge
