📋 Job Overview

The SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (OTC) Lead at IBM Consulting will lead the OTC workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with program strategy and delivering business value. This role requires deep expertise in SAP SD/OTC and the ability to manage client expectations, facilitate workshops, and drive design decisions. The position involves close collaboration with various functional leads to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the OTC workstream within SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact for OTC-related topics
  • Oversee delivery in accordance with SAP Activate / IBM Ascend or equivalent methodology
  • Collaborate with functional leads across MM, EWM, FI/CO, GTS, and Supply Chain Planning
  • Design and configure SAP S/4HANA OTC processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Rebates, ATP/aATP, Credit Management, and Returns
  • Define functional specifications for interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and reports (RICEFW) related to OTC
  • Ensure correct integration of OTC with external systems such as Salesforce, 3PLs, EDI, or custom order management platforms
  • Leverage best practices and preconfigured content to accelerate delivery
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants and offshore delivery teams
  • Work collaboratively with technical architects and data migration teams
  • Engage with client business process owners to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, configuration guides, RACI charts, and training materials
  • Contribute to project governance by reporting progress, issues, and risks
  • Support proposal development and pre-sales activities

✅ Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP SD / OTC implementations
  • At least two full-cycle S/4HANA implementations
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC processes including pricing, billing, credit management, and logistics integration
  • Experience with cross-functional integration (MM, EWM, FI/CO, PP) and external systems (Salesforce, 3PL, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable designs
