🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the network security engineering & operations team
- Act as the main point of accountability for tower performance, escalations, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate with vendors and managed partners for operational reliability
- Mature and maintain SOPs, runbooks, emergency change, and operational workflows
- Own change, incident, problem, and request management for the tower
- Publish weekly/monthly governance reports and KPIs
- Drive process improvements to ensure sustainability
