As a Security Consultant in IBM's CISO M&A Security team, you will act as a trusted advisor to guide and manage Due Diligence and Integration for IBM's acquisitions. Your role involves executing M&A playbooks, problem-solving, and designing security solutions tailored to stakeholders' needs. You will utilize your technical skills to balance enabling and securing IBM acquisitions, contributing to IBM's position as a leader in enterprise security.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Execute on M&A playbooks and problem solve challenges
- Design and implement optimal security solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of stakeholders
- Act as a primary advisor for IBM clients, understanding their business requirements and providing strategic insights into security solutions
- Utilize technical acumen to design and implement security solutions aligned with client needs and challenges
- Find the optimal balance between enabling and securing the client's organization
✅ Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated cybersecurity experience in roles such as security analyst, security architect, risk management, or audit
- Proven track record in managing architecture design within complex hybrid cloud environments
- Successful project experience involving legacy and emerging technologies
- 2 - 3 years of experience with deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with platforms including Windows, Linux, AIX, Mainframe, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of security controls and technologies
