📋 Job Overview

The Selection Specialist at IBM will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to meet strategic hiring goals and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, results-driven, and passionate about identifying top talent.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
  • Conduct resume screening, initial phone screens, and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate and manage candidate interviews with hiring teams
  • Maintain candidate records in the ATS and ensure data accuracy
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities
  • Provide recruitment analytics and reports to stakeholders as required
  • Stay updated with current hiring trends, tools, and best practices

✅ Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with ATS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with behavioural and competency-based interview
