📋 Job Overview
The SAP RTR GL Analyst at IBM will support the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP General Ledger processes within the Record-to-Report workstream. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining integrity across financial postings, while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver efficient and scalable solutions. The analyst will act as a subject-matter expert for GL functionality, translating business requirements into system capabilities to support organizational financial operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and configure SAP GL functionality
- Support end-to-end RTR processes including period close, reconciliations, intercompany, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with finance, technical, and cross-functional teams to design solutions and document functional specifications
- Support integration across SAP modules such as AP, AR, AA, MM, and CO
- Support testing cycles and resolve system issues
- Ensure data accuracy and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience with SAP General Ledger configuration and support
- Knowledge of end-to-end Record-to-Report processes

- Certification in SAP FI/CO
